The 6 Days Mt Toubkal & Desert Tour (Option 2) is designed for adventurous travelers who want to experience Morocco’s highest peak and the vast Sahara. After summiting Mount Toubkal, descend through desert valleys and into the golden sands of Erg Chebbi for a complete mountain-to-desert experience.

Itinerary
Day 1: Marrakech – Imlil – Toubkal Refuge
Drive from Marrakech to Imlil and start trekking toward Mount Toubkal. Pass Sidi Chamharouch and reach the refuge for overnight stay.
Day 2: Toubkal Summit – Return to Imlil
Ascend to the summit of Toubkal at sunrise. Enjoy sweeping views before descending back to Imlil. Overnight in a guesthouse.
Day 3: Imlil – Ouarzazate – Skoura
Drive across the Tizi n’Tichka pass to Ouarzazate. Visit kasbahs and continue to Skoura for dinner and overnight.
Day 4: Skoura – Todra Gorge – Merzouga
Visit Rose Valley, then travel to Todra Gorge for a short hike. Arrive in Merzouga for camel ride to your desert camp.
Day 5: Merzouga – Rissani – Draa Valley – Agdz
Watch the sunrise over Erg Chebbi, return by camel, and continue through Rissani to Agdz. Discover date palms and ancient caravan paths.
Day 6: Agdz – Ait Ben Haddou – Marrakech
Stop at UNESCO-listed Ait Ben Haddou before returning over the High Atlas Mountains to Marrakech. Tour ends in late afternoon.
