Itinerary
Day 1: Marrakech – Ait Ben Haddou – Ouarzazate
Depart from Marrakech crossing the Tizi n’Tichka pass. Visit the ancient kasbah of Ait Ben Haddou, a UNESCO site. Continue to Ouarzazate for overnight stay.
Day 2: Ouarzazate – Dades Valley – Tinghir
Drive through Skoura and the Valley of Roses. Continue to Dades Gorge and then to Tinghir near Todra Canyon. Overnight in a guesthouse.
Day 3: Tinghir – Todra Gorge – Merzouga
Walk through the Todra Gorge then head to Merzouga. Ride camels to your desert camp and enjoy a traditional dinner under the stars.
Day 4: Merzouga – Rissani – Draa Valley – Ouarzazate
After sunrise, return to Merzouga by camel. Visit Rissani and cross the Draa Valley with its palm groves and kasbahs. Arrive in Ouarzazate for the night.
Day 5: Ouarzazate – Atlas Mountains – Marrakech
Visit Taourirt Kasbah or the Cinema Studio before driving back over the High Atlas Mountains. End of your 5 Days Berber Villages & Desert Tour in Marrakech.
